90bcefab68 Manual: Change all references of 'File Menu' to 'Context Menu', it is even called this way in the Rockbox menus (patch FS#8649 by Bryan Childs plus a minor tweak by me).

c479b9975d FS #8340 by David Bishop. Remove contractions from the manual, as this seems to be common practice in this format and makes it easier to read for non-native english speakers. New manual work should try to adhere to this.

226cb7b0b8 Rating support for database and WPS (based on FS# 6301). A value between 0 and 10 can be assigned to the currently playing track using the WPS context menu. This value is displayed in the WPS using the %rr tag (replacing autoscore) and can be used as "rating" in tagnavi.config (examples provided).

e28e2fccb8 Fix bug report 5350 (incorrect button sequence shown in section 2.4.1 for main menu on iriver platforms). Also added reference to how to enter main menu to beginning of Chapter 3. Some other minor editing and much updating of \setting macro where necessary throughout chapters 2 and 3.
