Remove ACTION_SETTINGS_RESET
...
This action has never been used since its introduction
in 2006. There's no real need for it, as it's possible
to reset settings from the context menu.

HDD6330: introduce a new button (BUTTON_TAP), based on the hardware support for gestures. From now on some things are accessible by tapping on the vertical scroll strip. Reorganize, fix and remap some of the keymaps, add missing keymap for the recording.

Switch on hotkey on several targets. Stole the WPS Show Track Info key for most of them. Made up a free key for the rest.

FS#10785: Add new context CONTEXT_MORSE_INPUT for keymaps which is used during morse input mode in virtual keyboard.

This will enable to use morse input on targets that doesn't have enough key for both the keyboard and morse input in one context.
Enable morse input on archosondio as an example.

Merry Christmas Gogear HDD6330 owners! This is the start of the HDD6330 port. At the moment, it's essentially a copy of the HDD1630 port with a minimal LCD driver. The touchpad doesn't work as expected, but you can still kind of navigate and listen to music/radio.
