9a471e603e Clip+ LCD: support devices with a different controller 
The new controller framebuffer (different from what is in clipv1/clipv2 and some clip+) has 128 columns, the old has 132 columns and is centered on the screen.

ff8e76e9e5 The mystery FM chip in some Sansa Clip+ players has been identified as a RDA5802, so rename files and functions. Also fix several bugs.

c4f88526c7 Port greylib blitting optimisation to clipv2 and Clip+. Actual speedup can't be measured because something is fishy with the cpu clocking (calculated load is negative??)

3a60a6aa23 Sansa Clip+: Implement button driver. 
Initial button driver for clip+.  I've followed the steps the OF uses to read the buttons.
There is no hold button on the clip+ so for now calling button_hold() siply returns false.
The OF actually sets an additional flag for the 2nd read from D6 and not BUTTON_POWER as I have done here.

12af2926e5 Make Clip+ bootloader build 
Now making the Fuzev2 bootloader build should be pretty easy

TODO:
    - write button driver (FlynDice found all buttons already)
    - find button light
    - decide if lcd-ssd1303.c must be modified for Clip+ using SSP or forked
    - check if backlight code works (I copied Clipv2 code)
