Make the histogram code usable for playback as well. Move the recording histogram code to peakmeter, rename it to remove the recording reference, and rename anything referring to it as well. Change the drawing code so there are more options to position them. Fuze+: add a configurable deadzone area for touchpad buttons To stop erroneous button presses, allow users to add a deadzone between the button via the Settings > General > System menu > Touch Dead Zone. The configuration was chosen this way: the touchpad has the same DPI in both direction so the setting applies the same on both the X and Y axis. The setting ranges from 0 to 100 and is internally multiplied by 2 giving a maximum deadzone of 2*100 = 200 around each button, which account for 400 total (once around each button), effectively reducing each virtual button from 1000x600 to 600x200 when using the maximum value. There's a few minor known issues: - Bootloader must be installed manually using 'usbboot' as there is no support in jztool yet. - Keymaps may be lacking, need further testing and feedback. - Some plugins may not be fully adapted to the screen size and could benefit from further tweaking. - LCD shows abnormal effects under some circumstances: for example, after viewing a mostly black screen an afterimage appears briefly when going back to a brightly-lit screen. Sudden power-off without proper shutdown of the backlight causes a "dissolving" effect. - CW2015 battery reporting driver is buggy, and disabled for now. Enable setting of global output samplerate on certain targets. Replaces the NATIVE_FREQUENCY constant with a configurable frequency. The user may select 48000Hz if the hardware supports it. The default is still 44100Hz and the minimum is 44100Hz. The setting is located in the playback settings, under "Frequency". "Frequency" was duplicated in english.lang for now to avoid having to fix every .lang file for the moment and throwing everything out of sync because of the new play_frequency feature in features.txt. The next cleanup should combine it with the one included for recording and generalize the ID label. If the hardware doesn't support 48000Hz, no setting will be available. On particular hardware where very high rates are practical and desireable, the upper bound can be extended by patching. The PCM mixer can be configured to play at the full hardware frequency range. The DSP core can configure to the hardware minimum up to the maximum playback setting (some buffers must be reserved according to the maximum rate). If only 44100Hz is supported or possible on a given target for playback, using the DSP and mixer at other samperates is possible if the hardware offers them. Add perceptual volume adjustment The perceived loudness change of a change in volume depends on the listening volume: at high volumes a 1 dB increment is noticeable, but at low volumes a larger increment is needed to get a comparable change in loudness. Perceptual volume adjustment accounts for this fact, and divides the hardware volume range into a number of steps. Each step changes the dB volume by a variable amount, with most of the steps concentrated at higher volumes. This makes it possible to sweep over the entire hardware volume range quickly, without losing the ability to finely adjust the volume at normal listening levels. Use "Volume Adjustment Mode" in the system settings menu to select perceptual volume mode. The number of steps used is controlled by "Number of Volume Steps". (Number of steps has no effect in direct adjustment mode.) It's still possible to set a specific dB volume level from the sound settings menu when perceptual volume is enabled, and perceptual volume does not affect the volume displayed by themes.
