Michael Sevakis e2a25592f8 Gigabeat S has no need for a USB tick. Put in a simple framework that allows USB monitoring by event. sh	Clean up panicf and introduce system_exception_wait to do further target tasks and wait for a button when an unrecoverable error has occurred (panic, UIE, etc.).
