Thomas Martitz 50a6ca39ad Move c/h files implementing/defining standard library stuff into a new libc directory, also standard'ify some parts of the code base (almost entirely #include fixes). ... audio-iaudio7.c	Get rid of remaining audiohw_enable_output style codec setup and use pre/post split initialization. Move some SoC-specific code like i2s_reset out of the codec drivers. power-iaudio7.c	Straighten out some powermanagement stuff. Give target complete control over how power inputs are sensed. Clean SIMULATOR stuff out of target files. Get rid of USB charging option on targets that don't support it or don't implement it yet.
