05099149f1 Enable nocache sections using the linker. PP5022/4 must use SW_CORELOCK now with shared variables in DRAM (it seems swp(b) is at least partially broken on all PP or I'm doing something very wrong here :\). For core-shared data use SHAREDBSS/DATA_ATTR. NOCACHEBSS/DATA_ATTR is available whether or not single core is forced for static peripheral-DMA buffer allocation without use of the UNCACHED_ADDR macro in code and is likely useful on a non-PP target with a data cache (although not actually enabled in config.h and the .lds's in this commit).

68a21689ae Consistent naming scheme the various blit functions. * Removed lcd_blit_mono() for colour targets. Plugin API became incompatible, so sort, clean up & bump. * Implemented lcd_blit_mono() for M3.

ef62d6891a Split up app.lds to the respective target directories. The portalplayer devices replicate app.lds since their target tree doesn't follow a syntax typical to the newer arm targets - the portalplayers could be cleaned up further. boot.lds and plugin.lds still need to be cleaned up.

7e402d8202 H10-20GB: Commit the first patch in FS#8533 to fix the mpegplayer display problem where only half the data was reaching the display on some players. Two individuals report that it corrects it.

015f6286a8 Finally: HDD power control for all PP502x iPods (4th gen Grayscale, Color, Minis, Video). * Wait a short time after powering on the HDD on all disk based targets, as that seems like a good idea. Shorten the excessive wait on initial power on.

1d1a17c0db Improved H10 ADC driver. We now do things exactly as the OF does. This includes shifting the readings by 0x14 when PLL is enabled. Battery voltages and remote/scrollpad values adjusted accordingly. We also now wait for the ADC to indicate the conversion is complete before reading the data, so hopefully we will get more reliably steady readings.

8aeed2d32e PP LCD drivers: * Optimised and cleaned up PP colour LCD drivers. Immeasurable speedup on iPod Color, huge speedup on small H10 (a factor of 3). Should be a bit faster on big H10 too. * Big H10 changed bitmap format, so needs reconfiguring + full rebuild. * Better register naming for the mono LCD bridge. Register names for the colour LCD bridge.

0d5451e7bd H10: add more time between enabling touch-pad and reading ADC. Greatly improves touchpad stability. Add (and disable) checking for ADC done bit. Disabled because not yet working.

60b01fa0f7 Straignten out some issues with HAVE_LCD_ENABLE. 1g/2g/3g had it defined but it shouldn't have been. lcd_enabled() was only available as a real function on gigabeat but others can use that too. Markup lcd.h a bit because I got a bit lost in it.

041e5dceca On the H10 when we power the disk on again after spindown and poweroff we need to give it a little while to turn back on before we should try to access it. This should fix problems with disk accesses when coming from a disk poweroff state (related discussion in FS#6421).

4b54302b07 Combine USB code for all PortalPlayer targets since they most likely all use the same USB hardware. Add register defines for the USB hardware addresses, based off the Freescale i.MX31 datasheet. Use usb_init() from the iPod code, but modified to use the new register defines rather than oul/inl on the hardware addresses.

8d2711b7d2 Improved power management (FS#3001). Shutdown rockbox when the battery gets to a level where the device doesn't function properly. Calculate remaining charging time while charging (rather than remaining running time). Show "Low Battery" and "Battery Empty" warnings. Also fixes FS#4786.

b692fb11b3 Add support for H10 remote. Remote buttons have the same keymappings as their counterparts on the H10 itself, with vol-/vol+ being the same as scroll up/down.

03aa9c9fea Apply Mike Sevakis' recent sleep/contrast fixes for the X5 LCD driver to the H10 20GB LCD driver. With this fix, sleeping the LCD on the H10 20GB now works as it should so enable it as an option to save extra battery.

e63e62b2a1 Detect charger connected on H10. No need to sleep(HZ) when powering off. 
More sensible USB support for H10: plugging in puts it into USB charging mode and leaves Rockbox usable, holding 'O' while pluggin in the USB cable will reboot the H10 (continuing to hold 'O' starts it up in UMS mode), holding any other button brings up the USB screen as previously.
Implement system_reboot() for all PP5020 devices.
