843c7efaf8 FS9795 - some playback cleanup.
* Use events to notify things when the track has changed instead of the nasty has_track_changed()
* Event for when the mp3entry for the next track is avilable (which allows alot more tags to be static which means less redrawing in the WPS)
* virtually guarentee that the mp3entry sturct returned by audio_current/next_track() is going to be valid for the duration of the current track. The only time it wont be now is during the time between the codec finishing the previous track and the next track actually starting (~2s), but this is not an issue as long as it is called again when the TRACK_CHANGED event happens (or just use the pointer that gives)
It is still possible to confuse the WPS with the next tracks id3 info being displayed but this should fix itself up faster than it used to (and be harder to do)

4fa96fbc91 M:Robe 500i: More LCD initialization, and beginnings of support for QVGA as well as VGA on the LCD. MPEGPlayer now works with reasonable performance on smaller videos, but YUV blitting persists after MPEGPlayer is left, some cleanup/changes to the initialization code. This should be functionally equivalent for the ZVM, but the #ifdef's may need to be added back for app.lds. Get the bootloader building again.

bc8cab4c24 Commit the common portion of FS#9708: ATA (IDE) DMA by Boris Gjenero with a couple cosmetic tweaks and without the inclusion of 'FS#9721: No error check after writes in ata.c'changes (which can be done separately). No code is changed for targets without HAVE_ATA_DMA defined other than to not display DMA modes in the View Disk Info debug screen if not using DMA (Gigabeat F/X/S were). No target uses the code yet but Gigabeat S use will follow shortly.

fd14cac7c2 Split HAVE_SCROLLWHEEL into HAVE_SCROLLWHEEL and HAVE_WHEEL_ACCELERATION, where the latter now activates the wheel acceleration code.
HAVE_SCROLLWHEEL plainly indicates the existence of a scrollwheel, thus all ipods define it now (in addition to the ones and some

d13f1a485f Commit FS#8314. This adds strnat[case]cmp written by Martin Pool, which respects numbers within strings, and gives a more intuitive
sorting. This also adds a setting, so that the sorting can be used in the file browser. The implementation is very generic, and can possibly
be used in other places.

84f8b0be2c s3c2440 can use the generic ARM WFI which is much simpler. If there's any advantage to setting the IDLE bit for power consumption, it's possible to combine its use with the old core_sleep instead of using the loop waiting for idle to kick in. For now, go basic. Let GCC choose the register for MCR instead of forcing it to r0.

0d935ce75e Put the display colours for monochrome and greyscale targets into the target config files, and use them both for the simulator UI and screendumps. The Clip now shows the split display properly in screendumps and simulator. A side effect is that screendumps of ordinary monochrome targets are now 4-bit BMP files (saves an alternate code path, and might be more compatible with some gfx programs). * Simplify the simulation of split display, and also simplify greylib simulation. The simulator now always calculates 129 shades (2*128 for a Clip sim), and just uses 2 (or 4) of those for native display simulation. * Centralised the simulator LCD dimension definition.

580d91f097 Unify kernel list management for ticks, registered queues and timeout objects by using NULL-terminated lists of pointers. Redo timeout API a bit to simplify it and integrate it. Should give some small binsize reduction accross the board but more if timeout objects are being included.

5d1eb8ee31 This should take care of resetting when unplugging on e200 as reported in FS#9812. Be sure VBUS is valid before posting insert message as a spurious reset can occur. It seems to fix it for me (tested by insulating D+/D- pins).

616c98b38f USB detection changes. c200/e200: Consider USB to be powered when charger is plugged but detect USB connection by bus reset. When received, disconnect and restart the driver fully enabled. imx31: Fix hack used to make initial connect succeeded-- set PHY type before initial reset. General: Move some target code out of usb-drv-arc.c and implement it in respective usb sources and CPU headers so things stay clean.
