00b4626790 Sansa Connect: Clear recoverzap parameter 
Clearing recoverzap parameter exists the Recovery Mode. This makes it
possible to run Rockbox on Sansa Connect without relying on original
Linux firmware.

Enable write-through cache on flash memory as write-back complicates
handling without any real benefits. The flash memory accepts commands
as series of writes at predefined addresses, so it is important that
the cache does not interfere with the writes.

94b23da3c4 Sansa Connect: change bootloader linker file 
This change ensures that Sansa Connect bootloader.bin will fit in its flash
partition.

Fix _flash_sizem calculation, division was not working properly because
FLASHSIZE included subtraction and defined value was not in parenthesis.
Prior to this change _flash_sizem was 0x00800000, now it is correctly set
to 4 in case of Sansa Connect and 8 in case of other TMS320DM320 players.
This significantly improves boot time as cache is now enabled only for
real flash memory region.

f33330c0ff arm: factor all exception handlers out of the crt0.S files 
Remove the implementations of all exceptions handlers from the
various crt0.S files and have a single implementation in system-arm.h
The new implementation is weak so that it can be overwritten by some
specific code (like the unwinder)

4a483bb1bf M:Robe 500: Mostly complete USB driver, supports BULK mode currently and gets about 2 MB/s writes vs 1.1 MB/s on the OF. Mostly tested against Linux, preliminary testing in Windows appears to work. There is currently a bug in the attach process where it only works once per boot that needs to be fixed. There are a few other minor M:Robe 500 changes as well.

4fa96fbc91 M:Robe 500i: More LCD initialization, and beginnings of support for QVGA as well as VGA on the LCD. MPEGPlayer now works with reasonable performance on smaller videos, but YUV blitting persists after MPEGPlayer is left, some cleanup/changes to the initialization code. This should be functionally equivalent for the ZVM, but the #ifdef's may need to be added back for app.lds. Get the bootloader building again.

1e3f529921 Get the M:Robe 500 main build booting again, fix a bug and commit the rest of Cat's work to get sound working. The code is messy right now, but it plays a file (test.raw) in a normal build when you go into the debug ports screen. Take 2.
