45e3eed60d FlipIt graphics rework: * Adjusted token sizes to make them fit better on the various LCDs (4 different sizes, a 5th size is planned). Correct aspect ratio for archos bitmap LCD. b89b5ba2ee (1) New syntax to support conditional formatting. 
(2) Reduced tagnavi memory consumption.
(3) There was a bug that splash screen counter was counting down when
inserting tracks next. But in fact that might be preferred, so always
count down after successful tagcache query.

6aa12c11f7 Added a small interface to screens to translate colors into remote gray levels on the x5. Splash screens paint properly with light gray. Should be adapted to a more general approach in the future. A few trailing whitespace trimmings got into a couple files but that is fine.

661c3406a9 Added inner fill option to normal scrollbar and foreground only option. Added a left-pointing cursor for using pointer. Updated color picker and now sliders look very good on color, grayscale and mono screens when using bar selector. Some misc. changes for appearance.

fc865cb5a8 Revert change to screen_access.c (adding the native-bitmap drawing function) that caused warnings on the H3x0. We now draw the USB logo using the normal lcd_bitmap() and lcd_remote_bitmap() functions instead of the screens API, which doesn't handle the differing bitmaps types well. Remove apps/gui/logo.[ch] as they are now longer used.

6c9b1d46ee Made EQ and color chooser buttons work with remote. Fixed the date/time screen mappings on main unit (no date/time settings are possible from remote yet). Rearranged mappings and switch statements into alphabetical order for easier reference.

76a6aaa278 Added dithering for 24 bit backdrops on 16 bit displays. FORMAT_DITHER should be specified to dither a bitmap when loading. Feel free to flame me if I got the RGB565SWAPPED thing wrong.

803331841e Splash function: Fixed several bugs and problems: (1) Off-by-one bug caused a buffer overflow with splash text longer than the screen. (2) Last line wasn't centered properly in the same situation. (3) On player, string display length must be calculated using utf8length() instead of strlen() since unicode support was added (old bug). (4) Handle splash texts with multiple spaces properly, including correct length calculation and stripping on wrap. (5) Don't reset fg/bg colours to default if not centering (old bug). * Increased buffer sizes to account for (a) larger screens (b) utf-8 (c) words wider than the screen. * More efficient code.

812cbad890 Fixed find_index returning incorrect entry unless entries are found. 
Commit all numeric tags at once and set a flag if tracknumber has been

912574b5f9 Heavy graphical rework of solitaire: * Now uses full-card bitmaps (minus border) in several resolutions and colour depths. All graphical work done by Marianne Arnold; 37x49 and 26x33 pixel graphics partially based on the PySol cardset adapted from kdegames 1.0 * Cardback for greyscale targets. * Nicer edges for large cards. * Correct vertical card spacing within columns, hidden cards always use half the space now. * Correct horizontal spacing of columns.

491458e418 Add wheel_status() function to the ipod "4g" button driver (i.e. all ipods excluding the 3G and 1st gen mini) to read the absolute position the wheel is being touched (0..95 - clockwise from top, or -1 for untouched), plus the wheel_send_events(bool) function to disable/enable sending normal scrolling events - based on patch #4721 from Mikael Magnusson.

3fa5e5f592 Apply a bunch of simple AAC decoder optimizations. Biggest speedup is on ColdFire targets, but ARM targets benefits too. Allows realtime playback of some AAC files on Iriver targets (H1x0, H3x0). Remove support for some rarely used AAC profiles to reduce code size a bit.

09a990c4cf viewer.rock can now remembers the last 46 viewed files and their positions, bookmarks are in a seperate .dat now, so old bookmarks will be lost

fa9dee01bc Reverted the recording timer commit, as it has at least 2 major problems. (1) It uses the user timer, which interferes e.g. with backlight fading on H1x0 (and potentially other targets). Using the user timer here is a waste, as the required timing lies in the range of seconds to days. A tick task would be sufficient. (2) It draws to the LCD from within an ISR. This must not be done unless there's a mechanism to ensure it doesn't interfere with the main thread's drawing, otherwise garbage might be displayed and LCD updates might stop working.

7ef47ed876 Recording countdown timer: set timer in recording settings screen (max 1 week countdown), start/pause timer in recording screen by pressing the pause button. If you have a separate record button then this will override the timer and start to record. Icon at bottom right of screen indicates timer is ticking. If you are in the recording screen when the countdown is over, recording will start automatically, if not then the icon will flash to indicate you should return to the recording screen to begin recording.

a85044bf9e New scheduler, with priorities for swcodec platforms. Frequent task 
switching should be more efficient and tasks are stored in linked
lists to eliminate unnecessary task switching to improve performance.
Audio should no longer skip on swcodec targets caused by too CPU
hungry UI thread or background threads.

a9688b1519 Here's the quickest fix ever: by a very quick look, it seems to me 
that the horizontal scrolling key tables are mixed up all around the source.
so at least let's stop the ondio from using an already used key for now.

3d2e10bcbd Added remote backlight on hold option to players with remote hold switch. Disabled IRQs while reading pcf50606 ADC. This seems to have stopped buttons becoming unresponsive when using remote. Maybe fixes other button glitches as well?

48865c45f1 Fix some more bugs found by amiconn: 
(1) The bug I already described yesterday: If the draw
    stack becomes completely empty, it reappears. Slightly
    irritating
(2) When the cursor is placed on the remains' stack when
    there is no card, and then a card is drawn, the cursor
    disappears
(4) (easy one) The help texts refer to drawing 3 new cards,
    but solitaire now has selectable draw one / draw three
