0623841091 Revamped 'Managing Settings' sections. Merged the duplicative 'Manage settings' sections in chapter 5 and chapter 7 (the 'Manage settings' section in chapter 5 was in the wrong place anyway, as 'Manage settings' is not in the system submenu). Improved the organization of 7.3. Updated cross-references so that the description in chapter 7 can be easily referenced from the overview description contained in the 'Main Manual' chapter.

642d74d193 Updates to description of Tag Cache operation. Incorporates changes made to the TagCache wiki by Chris Oxtoby, which I believe were based on Miika's post in the forums.Still needs work, so please feel free to point out mistakes.

d01d65f55a Add new crossfeed settings to the manual, and slightly rewrite a part to 
make it clearer that crossfeed only simulates the audio coming from the
loudspeakers directly, not from indirect paths due to room acoustics.

e5a2b692fe Extention of \screenshot to drop a warning if image not found by me. This makes it possible to build the manual with missing image files. Use \screenshot on all remaining places. Add the \genericimg macro to some screenshots (part of FS #4981 by Mark Bright)
