0aeea5d9a7 rbutilQt: Add downloading of a bootloaders-info file, with md5sums from the bootloaders, to make a version check. Also added the bootloader to the installlog.

848abc8037 Add info window which shows details about the currently installed files based on the installation log file. Rework the log file and save revision number / timestamps instead of an arbitrary number.

583f186ce4 Implement FS #2976: Clip Counter for recording screen. If enabled in peak meter settings, it shows the number of times clipping occurred (clip indicator going on). Count is reset on recording start and only counts during actual recording. Stays on screen when stopping or pauzing. Also fix a drawing bug when peakmeters start at a non-zero x offset.

4e68732769 Small ReplayGain cleanup. Move RVA2 specific code to id3.c and don't do the parsing via strings. Generalize parts of the code for later use by MPC. Make some local functions static. Add and update some comments for clarity.

a3af8f1dce add project file for including accessibility plugin when building static binary. As there is no way to distinguish between static and dynamic builds you need to select the project file manually.

0d5451e7bd H10: add more time between enabling touch-pad and reading ADC. Greatly improves touchpad stability. Add (and disable) checking for ADC done bit. Disabled because not yet working.
