5b4a84a4ce FS#11149: alternative fix for ipod startup/shutdown issue 
Instead of using the OF's low-battery handler to force a shutdown which appears to have numerous unwanted side effects, just clear the end of IRAM before shutting down which appears to solve the original "ipod sometimes needs hard reset to turn on" issue.

If you experience the "need hard reset" issue after this commit, please let us know. It has been tested on several models but we still don't know for sure what the original problem was. ;)

854dfba1b4 Fix broken Iaudio M3 manual and missing buttons in the M:Robe 100 manual, caused by the same weirdness of tex: breaking a long opt list needs escaping of the linebreak otherwise the one option before or after the break will be ignored (the one that is 'disconnected' from the comma).

af79fda077 Remove some unused pictures in the manual folder: some 'small' pictures of Archos devices, unknown why they still exist - there are now nicer ones derived from the SVGs (in the www module). The 'recording screen' picture is a duplicate of the 'while recording' one which is used instead of the former now.

8fa6c881ec Cleanup goban.tex. My main goal was to get the button table code into a readable state - following the structure I suggested on ManualGuidelinesTalk. Put closing } on their own lines if they are around other (nested) opts or nopts, indented the same as the opening (n)opt. Also replacing the 'emph' used for the submenus with 'item' as well for consistency which also makes it possible to get rid of the forced linebreak.

0fdc2d5541 Initial manuals for clipv2 and clip+, with corrected installation instructions. The player picture in Chapter 3 is the same as the Clipv1 for both Clipv2 and Clip+ - this needs changing for the Clip+.

b6c12a129e Submit FS#11065. Introduce a new system setting for en-/disabling the Line-out. For now only implemented on iPod Video. This allows to save power if the user does not use the player's Line-out. On iPod 5G the saving is ~0.5 mA.

4c105b6806 Remove the caption and label parameters from the tagmap macro. They are never used. Also don't embed tagmaps into a table environment since we want the tables exactly where they are in the source, i.e. we don't want them to float. This speeds up typesetting and makes vertical spaces nicer.

b3d9578c27 Major change to musepack decoder: Import v1.3.0 (r458 from svn.musepack.net) to rockbox. Several adaptions in the musepack decoder were made to get the library work and perform fast under rockbox on several targets. With this change mpc sv8 is supported, including seek, replay gain and metadata support. The decoding speed is a 1-4% lower than the last implementation. Reason for this is main restructuring in the bitstream demuxer.

50b036320b manual: File formats/Supported audio formats updates. 
- sort by extension.

3849569afc Correct the button table for scrollwheel targets (direction was reversed). Also, use full (British English) words for the directions, instead of the abbreviations CW and CCW.
