3fa1684301 move the CONFIG_LED #define out into config.h as all but 3 targets actually have a real one (and apparently lots had it #defined in a !SIMULATOR block! )

20f76d61ae Make JPEG and BMP scaler optional with HAVE_JPEG and HAVE_BMP_SCALING, both defined for all targets that have HAVE_ALBUMART. Disable JPEG in PictureFlow and pluginlib album art search with 32KiB plugin buffer until PictureFlow 
gets overlay support.

12a0ed3b8d Commit FS#9724, which reworks the preprocessor defines related to backlight fading to a CONFIG_BACKLIGHT_FADING style. The apps/ code will only see which setting is supposed to be used, specific backlight fading handling is kept in firmware, slightly reword the manual text about software fading too with regards to the Gigabeat S

caaf3c0b97 Move tcc77x/usb-tcc77x.c to usb-tcc.c as it is more general than just tcc77x (even usb-tcc is too specific, but I don't know anything better) 
Add #if0ed USB defines to config-cowond2.h, so experimenting with USB is easy
Add dummy set_serial_descriptor() implementation to usb_core.c. This one doesn't generate a unique serial, so it must never be used for non-testing purposes. When usaed, a compiler warning will be generated

131c6c2670 Remove iAudio references from the Cowon D2 build, since it is not an iAudio branded player. The binary name has changed to rockbox.d2, so you will need to re-configure and update your bootloader after this change.

2f50cd58b9 Codec memory reorganization 
Based on a patch by Tomasz Malesinski
* Merge Codec buffer and Malloc buffer into one large buffer.
* The new merged buffer is now 1MB on targets with lots of memory.
* Renamed codec_get_memory to codec_get_buffer and made it behave more. 
like plugin_get_buffer.
* Bumped Codec api and min api versions.

5b5a626bb6 Setup the touchpads to have two modes - stylus and button - and set them in button mode by default. 
in button mode the touchpad is split into a 3x3 grid for 9 seperate buttons which can be used by the action system like real buttons.
Unify the keymap file for the touchpads in button mode. the target keymap file only needs to worry about real buttons.
(As these ports mature each screen will need to be fixed seperatly to be able to use stylus mode (the lists can already but don't change mode just yet.)

2fee08aff3 D2: Implement power-off by putting the PCF50606 to sleep (and reduce timeout to 10 ticks). Set PCF outputs on init as per OF. Fix erroneous BOOTDIR definition and make HW Info screen show some more useful info.

3d36f4e938 Implement set_cpu_frequency() for TCC780x, but leave it disabled for now as switching can cause an occasional freeze. Reduce default speed from maximum to 48Mhz.
