536c6b47ad "Getting started" rework: add informations about support channels. Move out installation instructions to its own chapter (and file). Move the "Differences between binaries" to installation section. Update iriver installation and add description of bootloader usb mode.

c9bb152a33 - kill an additional space \reference introduced for us 
- don't uppercase headings to make it similar with the footer. Also use the same headings for plain style pages.

0623841091 Revamped 'Managing Settings' sections. Merged the duplicative 'Manage settings' sections in chapter 5 and chapter 7 (the 'Manage settings' section in chapter 5 was in the wrong place anyway, as 'Manage settings' is not in the system submenu). Improved the organization of 7.3. Updated cross-references so that the description in chapter 7 can be easily referenced from the overview description contained in the 'Main Manual' chapter.

5eb1e1549c HTML adjustments: make the credits table a bit nicer and add missing name separators. Don't indent paragraphs as htlatex creates bigger parskips.

2bf4f520fb Updates to installation section: added url for daily builds page, added note about downloading the fonts package. Expanded the 'update Rockbox' section to provide more detail and address the common misconception that updating a build is supposed to return settings to default. Rearranged order of sections (it makes more sense to have section on updating Rockbox *before* the section on uninstalling Rockbox). Added a note that ipod users who loaded tunes with itunes should use the Tag Cache.

22b3159458 Introduce SPLITHTML to control the splitting of the html manual. Set SPLITHTML=1 for single file output, 2 (default) for splitting on chapters and 3 for even more.

792f64e64e Main menu chapter: broke out recording and fmradio sections to their own files. Recording: added ondio and x5 keys corrected errors in keymaps and opted out settings that are unavailable on some targets. FMradio: added x5 and ondio keys.
