e3403ecd9f this fixes the win32 simulator compilation 
the simulator does not use the firmare\include path, instead it uses standard header files
those header files that do not exist in the SDK are placed in the win32 directory (dir.h, sprintf.h)

0ca9ccbe63 Default window zoom for Recorder simulator is 2. 
You can change window zoom with the command line flags "--player_zoom" and "--recorder_zoom". Or you can set the environment variable RECORDER_ZOOM or PLAYER_ZOOM.

f9a912d850 Using the structures "rectangle" and "points" when drawing (Win32 doesn't have XPoint).

b1b8bd4dd1 Moved on_screen, f2_screen, f3_screen and handle_usb (renamed usb_screen) to a new file: screens.c. 
typedef Menu replaced with a bool.
All code now calls usb_screen() for usb handling.
Nearly all code now deals with USB connect/disconnect properly.

    * Fixed bug in player_progressbar that caused Illegal Instruction
      if the FF/Play went past the end of the song.

    * Removed 'if(lastbutton!=BUTTON_LEFT)' from track changes.
      It was causing tracks to not change unless button was pressed
      numerous times quickly :-)
    * For player, changed BUTTON_STOP to BUTTON_STOP | BUTTON_REL.
      Since stop is also the key to turn the device off, we don't want
      it to go to the dir browser unless the stop button is released.

457b8a0a67 Added configurable disk spindown. The disk will also now not spin down while you are running around in the dir browser or pressing buttons in the wps.

6224cdb166 Added resume. Works in dirs and playlists, shuffled or not. Resumes mid-song, but press pause on players before you shutdown so they get a chance to store the position on disk. Recorders use RTC ram. Todo: Time display is wrong after mid-track resume and ffd/rew is not handled.
