ed0c5edd62 as3525v2 : recording (FM only, no microphone yet) 
Add HAVE_AS3543 config define to differentiate the bits changed since as3514/as3517
Enable recording on Fuzev2/Clipv2/Clip+, although it was tested on Clip+ only

Note: storage is still read-only so I tested by listening to headphones loopback and watching the recording level in recscreen

05ace8e095 Fix "bookmark on stop: ask" when idle poweroff triggers. 
Previously, the prompt would come up during poweroff, and then if the user did not respond, the shutdown timeout would be hit and a hard poweroff would happen, which is bad. Now it just assumes you don't want a bookmark.

a8d1690ffe Make storage alignement use cache alignement macros 
Introduce STORAGE_ALIGN_DOWN, STORAGE_PAD (using new CACHE_PAD) and
STORAGE_OVERLAP (using new CACHE_OVERLAP), make them useful only when
PROC_NEEDS_CACHEALIGN and STORAGE_NEEDS_ALIGN are defined

Modify PP and nano2g system-target.h accordingly

3cd7f76094 Prevent accidental skipping to beginning/end of file in text viewer. 
When the text viewer is not in wide mode, the buttons mapped to move the screen left and right instead jump to the top and bottom of the file. This is very easy to do by accident on most targets, causing you to lose your place. This change requires that the button be held for a long press before it jumps to the top/bottom; short presses simply trigger paging up and down by one page. There is no change in behaviour when wide mode is enabled.

Based on an idea from FS#2648 but implemented differently.

b6c12a129e Submit FS#11065. Introduce a new system setting for en-/disabling the Line-out. For now only implemented on iPod Video. This allows to save power if the user does not use the player's Line-out. On iPod 5G the saving is ~0.5 mA.

d2e2c2ad96 2 new tags: 
%pS - track is starting.
%pE - track is ending. both can optionally have a number straight after to change how long that tag should stay true for (e.g %pS10 will stay true for the first 10s of the track)

0996bbd278 corrects the smaf parser the following. 
- It is normally retrieved even if the position of wave data is not in given position from the head.
- The problem that artist/title/composer cannot be given normally when the character code != iso8859-1, utf-8.
- The problem that the position of chunk does not given correctly some mmf files.
- artist/title/composer stored in not id3v1buf but id3v2buf.

86dc6c1204 Change USB HID mode string from just "Multimedia Mode" (or similar) to say "USB keypad mode: Multimedia" (or similar). 
This will hopefully reduce the huge confusion from new users who think that multimedia mode means it's doing MTP or some other thing which is not MSC.

029e74866a Move (small) data into DRAM on PP5020, it's ~4.5% faster that way. Closes about half of the performance gap towards PP5022. The (relatively large) buffers for decoded data stay in IRAM, as does the reciprocal table. Clarify some comments.

b3d9578c27 Major change to musepack decoder: Import v1.3.0 (r458 from svn.musepack.net) to rockbox. Several adaptions in the musepack decoder were made to get the library work and perform fast under rockbox on several targets. With this change mpc sv8 is supported, including seek, replay gain and metadata support. The decoding speed is a 1-4% lower than the last implementation. Reason for this is main restructuring in the bitstream demuxer.

a9b5f4d810 cleanup statusbar+base skin relationship... 
* remove the "custom" option from the statusbar setting. if a sbs file is set then statusbar setting is ignored, no other user visible change there.
* new tag, %wi  - use to draw the inbuilt statusbar in the current viewport

f8edc32589 FS#10756 - Free unused init code 
Introduce a new .init section for initialisation code, so that it can be copied to an area which is later overwritten before calling. The stack/bss can then overwrite that code, effectively freeing the code size that the initialisation routines need. Gives a few kB ram usage back.
Only implemented for PP and as3525 so far. More targets could be added, as well as more functions.

0030ae28b5 Get rid of .rept in inline asm() blocks where possible. Using .rept causes gcc to wrongly estimate the size of the asm(), leading to (potential) compilation problems. This is necessary for the upcoming restructuring, and should fix ARMv6+ sim builds as well. No functional change.

75e105a6a3 Make the buffer low-level watermark (and the related anti-skip setting) work again. Update the buffering 'base handle' as new tracks start playing, since this is needed to determine how much playable data is left in the buffer. Should fix the buffering problem reported in the forums (http://forums.rockbox.org/index.php?topic=24014.0), and also makes the usefl line in the buffering thread debug screen useful again.

8717c1eaa1 redo r24943. the font mappings are not needed once the skin is finished parsing so using the skin buffer there is a waste and overcomplicates things. 
Also that commit breaks plain %pb so make sure you dont use %pb inside a viewport with a font number > 1
