916a563fca Disable voicing of the database commit splash on hwcodec. It doesn't work anyway as the database commit takes the audio buffer, and trying it breaks voice afterwards until reboot.

9551ae92a5 Repair the USB detection on ipods and H10s which was broken by commit 14470. The intention is that when the experimental HAVE_USBSTACK is not defined, the old (pre-14470) code is run.

5ef236869f Implement download caching. Set the folder for the cache data in the configuration dialog. Caching is disabled per default and defaults to the systems temp folder.

848abc8037 Add info window which shows details about the currently installed files based on the installation log file. Rework the log file and save revision number / timestamps instead of an arbitrary number.

583f186ce4 Implement FS #2976: Clip Counter for recording screen. If enabled in peak meter settings, it shows the number of times clipping occurred (clip indicator going on). Count is reset on recording start and only counts during actual recording. Stays on screen when stopping or pauzing. Also fix a drawing bug when peakmeters start at a non-zero x offset.

4e68732769 Small ReplayGain cleanup. Move RVA2 specific code to id3.c and don't do the parsing via strings. Generalize parts of the code for later use by MPC. Make some local functions static. Add and update some comments for clarity.
