fbc69810c8 manual: Correct playlist subsection in the wps context menu section. 
The "Save Current Playlist" isnt part of the playlist viewer settings. While
at this section also add a reference to the extra playlist chapter.

e386e38ebe Added the screenshots for the Sansa Clip Zip manual. 
Missing screenshots:

Invadrox, which I can't find in the menu, but on IRC they said it's
for LCD only, so it should be removed.

Pacbox, Rockboy and Zxbox: it's unclear where to find the ROMs.

Poor quality image:
manual/rockbox_interface/images/sansaclipzip-front.png. It can work,
but my “artistic” skills are not enough. Anyway, the information on
the picture is correct.

All the screenshots were taken using the default theme and the
simulator compiled for the Sansa Clip Zip.

5f2618c363 Manual: Include the iaudio remote graphic in its manual again. 
Commit bb24ac8c27 replaced the
\opt{iaudiom3,iriverh100} with \opt{remote} which isn't true in the
Iaudio M3 case as this feature is dependent on HAVE_REMOTE_LCD and
the M3 uses this screen as main lcd so doesn't define it. Use the manual
HAVEREMOTEKEYMAP for now as I didn't find a suitable other define yet.

6c0a1cb223 Manual: Include the Iaudio remote graphic in the M5 and X5 manuals. 
Create symlinks to the iaudiom3 graphics to not duplicate the picture itself
and to not lose the precise 'addressing' of the picture. Change the manual's
makefile to follow symlinks for this to work (thanks to Dominik and Jens for
the help there).

be10817e1c Option to constrain get_next_dir() to directories below global_settings.start_directory. 
When enabled, if the user has set "Start File Browser Here" (config.cfg:
start directory) to anything other than root and "Auto-Change Directory"
is set to "Yes" or "Random", the directory returned when an auto change
is required will be constrained to the value of "start directory" or below.

47e30b8cdc Update manual for boot behaviour on clip+, clipv2 and fuzev2. 
The bootloader doesn't boot into the Original Firmware anymore since a while.
Remove the claim that Rockbox will always boot the OF on USB, and add a note
about older builds not providing USB support.

5f2fb4ab90 Fuze+'s manual: change ugly \ButtonPlayPause 
Following a discution on irc we agreed on that:

- \ButtonPlayPause becomes \ButtonPlay for consistency
- It appeas in the manual as Play unstead of Play/Pause
- updated manual images accordingly

The patch was tested: manual still compile and display keymaps correctly

bb24ac8c27 Manual: don't break on missing player image. 
As done with the screenshots display an error notice when the main image is
missing. Same is done for the remote image for targets that do have a remote.

\IfFileExists requires to use the full filename, not the stem as
\includegraphics accepts happily, so 36489d9 actually broke the main image for
all players.

0265c8be0f USB chargung now works the normal way on AMSv2, so remove the hack that treated it differently. Also fix the fuze+ workaround for the lack of ActionStdUsbCharge there

84b4c46d74 Enter USB charging mode on devices that support it if any key is held down during USB insert (except on Archos where certain keys need to be avoided and players like the iRiver H1x0 which do not charge over USB and the iAudios/AMSv2 which do not yet support USB fully). Update the manual to explain the new behavior.

b43b4936a1 Pick up the target rename completion in the manual started in r27823 ... this time taking care of the Iriver targets. This fixes a few issues with wrongly in- or excluded parts (e.g. pacbox missing from the H100 manual, invadrox wrongly included in the small H10 manual as the plugin's main.tex already used the new names without making sure they are there). If possible replace 'target name' \opts with sensible feature \opts. Fix small mistakes and break too long lines discovered along the way.

5b47b89d16 First step of completing the target rename in the manual. Some target specific options were already renamed in the rest of the source (e.g. see r23883) but not where they are actually set - in the platform files - leading to parts included or excluded incorrectly. The problem exists for more targets, this commit deals with the supported Iaudios first. Rename 'x5' to 'iaudiox5' (do the same for 'm5' and 'm3'), fix small errors or add missing info related to them along the way, use more appropriate options and simplify code a bit where possible.

ced4080bc3 Manual: add \seriesimg to the OndioFM's and OndioSP's platform file and use it to clean up some Ondio specific screenshots. There are a few 'different to the Recorders' screenshots because Ondios don't have an RTC. Some were there twice to make them show in both manuals but not actually different - rename one of each real duplicate pairs to -ondio and delete the other. There are a few FM and SP specific ones that will stay as they are really different for the two (related to radio and recording).

ddb31c6ece Manual: add the new \seriesimg option to the 3 different Clip's platform files and rename all _screenshots_ which have 'sansaclip' in their name so that they contain 'clip' instead to make use of this new option. This way they can be used for all Clips even when \specimg will differ.

a07b471f69 Add 'Text' layer for labels in the following SVGs: Iaudio M3 and M5, Cowon D2, M:Robe 500 and Sansa Clip. Also set svn:mime-type to 'image/svg+xml' for all SVGs.

7a72a291cb Add WPS hotkey for the D2, and make the tree hotkey only valid for non-touchscreen targets. This will have to be revisited if we gain touchscreen targets with tree hotkey capabilities.

8c8b0b37c2 Enable the IAUDIO_RC_PAD macro for the M5 and X5 too, so that tables using this instead of the platform files' actions can be filled too. Complete the table in the quick start section mentioning how to start and shut down Rockbox for the Iaudio remote while at it.

a18e462e1e Consolidate the two button tables in the virtual keyboard section into one. The difference causing having two doesn't exist anymore (targets without line edit mode. Also fixes the Iaudio remote mapping not appearing.

be0aa25aba Change the software hold button combo from select + home to just holding home. This is both easier to do on such a small player and more consistent with the OF. Quickscreen is now select + home. Update the manual to reflect this.

5b4a84a4ce FS#11149: alternative fix for ipod startup/shutdown issue 
Instead of using the OF's low-battery handler to force a shutdown which appears to have numerous unwanted side effects, just clear the end of IRAM before shutting down which appears to solve the original "ipod sometimes needs hard reset to turn on" issue.

If you experience the "need hard reset" issue after this commit, please let us know. It has been tested on several models but we still don't know for sure what the original problem was. ;)
