2e865286bc \genericimg should be the generic image, i.e. the resolution. If a target specific screenshot exists (using the \specimg value) exists it's used automatically. Putting the target specific extension into \genericimg defeats the purpose of the fallback system. Fixes clip screenshots.

e565d36b88 Manual: Song rating control is a list, and therefore no need to explain what 
key to press in order to select a value.

In anyway, \ButtonRight is not the correct macro to use, as it not necessarily
defined for all targets.

18c56ef386 Fix title centering. 
The \centering macro needs a limited scope to work correctly. This means the centered part needs to get terminated by a break, otherwise centering doesn't work as expected. This seems to be an issue only with newer LaTeX distributions, i.e. older ones seem to misbehave here.

c3ca746de4 Manual: find a nicer solution for the problem that lead to r23772. Using \newline gives a linebreak inside of the cell - it's not necessary to start a new row and put 2 or 3 (in case of remote targets) in front of it. Simpler code, less error-prone and the lines with alternating colours in the PDF button tables look more suitable. Also rearrange the rest of the affected row's code to make it more readable.

9b4057bbd4 Sansa AMS recording support (Microphone and FM) 
Still disabled on all targets:
- Fuze and e200v2 see spurious interrupts with no source defined
- Clip/m200v4 deadlock instantly when starting recording (perhaps due to low memory size)

Having the code in SVN will make working on this feature easier

Also add keymaps for Fuze, and correct Frequency section of recording
options : the 22.05kHz limitation of e200v1 and c200v1 doesn't apply to
Sansa AMS (different I2S hardware, unrelated to as3514)

4f3d7b5bcb USB HID: Use different context for each mode; Use constant for each action; 
Rework keymaps

This commit makes the code neater and more readable. It makes it easier to
modify keymap assignments and new keypad modes.
Some platforms had their keypad mappings reworked.
The manual is updated to reflect all these changes.
H10 remote control mapping dropped.

dcdc2b93ae Correct a recording screen usability issue created in r21034. Pause used to start too, then was set to only start and now only pauses. Rec used to start and split, then only split and now again starts and splits.

2cf6f85201 USB HID: Fix ipod4g got stuck in mouse mode 
- Now mode switch is done by Select+Right and Select+Left
- Add missing manual description on how to switch modes in ipods
- Now it is possible to have 'white screen' in presentation mode (Long Play button)
