561937f2f4 bspatch: Fix compiling on macOS. 
u_char is a nonstandard type. On macOS this requires to explicitly
include sys/types.h.

8d2d6f4ca5 rbutil: Add bspatch and libbzip2 
This is to enable binary patching of Hiby-based firmware files

  Note that noting in rbutil uses this yet.
