Convert PortalPlayer iRivers to use USB-mode enabled bootloader. The H10 5/6GB already has a pre-boot USB mode (so it's a little redundant there) but building them the same way is simpler. git-svn-id: svn://svn.rockbox.org/rockbox/trunk@29067 a1c6a512-1295-4272-9138-f99709370657
