Stop blocking SIGUSR1
...
wlroots doesn't use SIGUSR1 for Xwayland startup anymore, so we can
remove the per-thread signal handlers.

Sometimes we hide our window and show it again after some time.
SDL_SetRelativeMouseMode doesn't seem to properly cope with this, at
least on my setup.
